A Course in Miracles Forgiveness Is the Key MP3 Audio Recordings
This is a dialogue between David Hoffmeister and participants in a retreat. David addresses forgiveness as described in A Course in Miracles.
David shares that the “greatest joys about following the Spirit within is that you have no clue what’s coming. It’s very spontaneous and it all comes from joy.” He states, “A lot of the fun comes from not knowing where you’ll be or who you’ll be with.”
David shares; “But with this, what is certain is that you meet yourself over and over. No matter what country you’re in, no matter where you go, it’s just a blessing of meeting yourself over and over. In this, we see there are no barriers. In this, we are always looking at forgiveness and approaching the love in our hearts that’s been covered over by judgments and grievances.”
He continues, “When we lay down our judgments, we then know we’re safe, that we are provided for. The world is not going to cave in. It may seem like different parts of your perception undergo a retranslation, but there’s never any sacrifice of destruction in God’s plan. It’s just a gentle retranslation of the way you look on the world.”
David talks about Jesus: “Two thousand years ago, Jesus was trying to teach us, before we judge anyone for having a speck in our eye, we need to take the log out of our own. Jesus was really talking about changing our perception, how you look at the world. Giving up judgments and grievances is the way to feel the love, which is your natural birthright.”
